Information Technologies - Service Desk Manager

Description:

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES – SERVICE DESK MANAGER: Southwest Florida International Airport and Page Field located in Ft. Myers, FL is seeking an IT professional to fill the role of Service Desk Manager. This position provides leadership and guidance for a 24x7x365 Service Desk operation. Responsibilities include interfacing with management, leading a technical team responsible for Service Support, providing overall coordination and management of major functional areas of support including incident management, desk-side and remote support, and telecommunications support.


Requirements:

Graduation from an accredited four year college or university with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field plus a minimum of three years experience including installation and support of personal computer hardware, software, and implementation of computer networks; or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience greater than 7 years, including one year experience with Microsoft Windows XP. ITIL Foundation or higher certification highly desired.


Compensation and Benefits:
Salary $61,065 – $82,391 DOE.
